Design & translation of manuals and musical equipment catalogues for ROLAND Corp. (Japan), (Russia / Ukraine).

Responsible for YAMAHA DAYS IN UKRAINE Musical Exhibition. Full circle of
organization. Promo actions: FM-Radio/TV/e-mails.

Designer, conception creator, editor-in-chief of PRO magazine (full-color, 64 p., 5000 circ.).
Designer / translator of Russian manuals and musical equipment catalogues for YAMAHA Corp. (Japan) (YAMAHA Gmbh, Germany).

Graphic design / concept creator / designer, later the editor-in-chief of MUSIC&TECHNOLOGY magazine (Ukraine).
POSITION DETAILS
Interestingly, I develop for years logotypes, magazines, posters, etc. - all music related. Logos for music shops, booklets for concert and tour companies, cd-covers for artists, posters for agencies and t-shirts for record labels. As a jazz-guitarist with a drawing and literature skills (poetry) and profound Art-feel, I created from the ground a few music magazines. I did everything one can imagine - layout design, copyrighting, interviews, shooting, photo correction, proofing,... Later I was choosen to be the editor-in-chief.
That led me to the virtual world of Internet. I found it more interesting (as free out of paper and poor green trees :) and more promising. Today I've got some programming skills, studylearnstudy latest web technologies (rss, ...), but still paint in acrylic, black ink and oil.
I like sharpened personal style, unique one, therefore, I'm into quality - definitely not into "it_should_2be_done_on_yesterday" thing. That guarantees that my client will have personal color gamma, specially choosen fonts and other mysterious thingies, which create or add that elusory magic of the style.
EDUCATION
Kyiv Polytechnical University, Mechanical Engineering (I hate this period).
Music Evening School (4 yrs), graduated in 1982, jazz-guitar.

PRIVATE EXPERIENCE
I feel I'm an artist, poet, songwriter. To say more precisely - I can't. Poetry is all, paints are like words, words as like as notes, notes just like a slow and selfimportant watercolours in the water. Hearing is like colouring.
During 1992 I lived in California, Carmel. Have more than 40 works by acrylic and oil in a galleries and private collections in U.S.A., Germany, U.K..
Member of International Who's Who in Popular Music (Cambridge, England).
Participated with my band CELESTIAL MINE in 1991, 2001 at
Spirit Of Woodstock Festival (Italy).
Composed music for "Night Saxophone" film, sponsored by U.S. Government (1998).
Have three published music CD's.
Places I've visited: San-Francisco, Carmel, Monterey, Milan, Venice, Frankfurt, Budapest, Moscow, Sharm El Sheikh, St. Petersburg.
I enjoy: walking, reading smart books, studing anything new.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Sir Photoshop, lovely Illustrator, pal Pagemaker, great Framemaker; shiny QuarkXpress; dreamy Dreamweaver, olgood Fireworks, guys XHTML and CSS2, Flash, JavaScript, DHTML, PHP, MySQL.
COMMENTS
I like the "elastic" design made solely by CSS (Cascade Style Sheets) and XHTML, as the core of the nearest future communication process. Though I know a bit of PHP+MYSQL tandem, I guess my strength in graphic design, usability
and marketing. In my work I rarely use a big ‘tools’ like Dreamweaver
and so, and prefer to program in UltraEdit editor.
My recent interests are XML, RSS, WEB2.0, AJAX.
MY PROJECTS
Basicaly I work from start to the end - I buy domain, develop project and give to my client everything are ready, including best hosting and webpromo in some cases.
I'm proud that my project consonance-ua.com (site of National Presidential Orchestra Of Ukraine, discontinued in 2003) I pushed up to the Top 10 positions in Google and Yahoo (take a look: in Google, in Yahoo). Fun part of guys as Washington Presidential Orchestra and Russian Federation Presidential Orchestra were BELOW of my site.
DOBROLEZH - music production / producers company MINA. Just started.
LOVE RADIO 95.2 fm - romantic love fm station. Work in progress.
