If you purchased N78 and noticed, suddenly, that voice of a caller sounds strange, somewhat filtered - not break a head, not hurry to a nearest Nokia service center, not ask questions at Nokia forums. Pay attention to the transparent sticky tape on N78' front panel. Neatly peel off overhead part closing earpiece and, using casual scissors, cut it off. Now have soundcheck! Ask your friend to call you. Your friends voice sounds great!
